The Jazz Exchange Academy Program offers middle and high school students an immersive, year-round jazz experience. Through specialized jazz classes, students develop ensemble playing, improvisation skills, and a deep understanding of jazz music.

About The Jazz Exchange Academy Program:
The Jazz Exchange Academy Program provides an enriching and immersive experience for middle and high school students passionate about jazz. Whether students are new to jazz or looking to enhance their musical skills, the Academy offers comprehensive instruction in both small and large group settings.
Key Program Details:
- Combo Classes*(Mondays at 6:00 PM & 7:30 PM): These sessions focus on developing ensemble playing and improvisation skills, allowing students to collaborate in small groups and gain hands-on performance experience.
- Big Band Classes (Thursdays at 6:00 PM & 7:30 PM): In these specialized sessions, students dive deeper into jazz, exploring the music's language, repertoire, and improvisation techniques.
Classes will be held at Sanchez Studio, 4671 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903 (corner of Raynolds and Montana).
Important Dates:
- Fall Registration: Now open!
- Classes Begin: October 14th
- In-Person Parent Orientation: Sunday Oct. 6th from 6:00pm -7:30pm
- Virtual Parent Orientation: Monday, Oct. 7th from 6:30pm -7:30pm
